Caitlin spent 9 decades in the classroom teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. She turned a Countrywide Board Accredited Teacher in 2018, and holds a certification in Early and Center Childhood Literacy: Examining/Language Arts. The 2021-2022 university year marks the starting of her 10th year training, in which she will be performing as an Tutorial Interventionist, and supporting other Nationwide Board candidates on their journey towards Countrywide Board certification.
